Fostering Business Excellence in Digital Era: Leadership, Sustainability and Technological Innovatio

The PG & Research Department of Commerce, St. Alphonsa College, successfully hosted the National Conference "Fostering Business Excellence in Digital Era: Leadership, Sustainability and Technological Innovation" on 19th February 2025. A total of 90 students from various colleges and II UG, III UG, and PG students of Alphonsa College participated in the conference.The conference commenced with the traditional Tamil prayer song "Thamizhthai Vazhthu" and the lighting of the lamp. Dr. R. Sivanesan, Vice Principal, delivered the welcome address, followed by the inaugural address by Rev. Dr. Michael Aro SDB, Principal. The conference proceedings were released.Dr. G. Raju, Professor and Chairman PG Board of Studies in Commerce, University of Kerala, delivered the keynote address. Technical sessions were chaired by Dr. G. Raju and Dr. G. Magesh Kuttalam, Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies, M.S University.Research scholars presented their papers, showcasing innovative ideas and research findings. The valedictory session was presided over by Rev. Fr. Michael Aro SDB, Principal, and certificates were distributed to the participants.The event concluded with the National Anthem.
