To broaden students’ perspectives and foster holistic development, the Department of Chemistry organized a one-day industrial visit to Kerala Agriculture University, Vellayani, on 27th September 2024. The group, comprising 28 students and 5 staff members, gained valuable insights into agricultural research, extension, and education.
The students interacted with faculty members at Kerala Agriculture University, Vellayani, and learned about agricultural technologies and research initiatives.
Following this, the group enjoyed a relaxing break at Shangumugam Beach, promoting bonding and teamwork.
The students also explored the historical and cultural significance of Madre De Deus Church (Mother of God), Vettukaadu.
The visit concluded with a shopping and leisure experience at Lulu Mall, Thiruvananthapuram.
This industrial visit provided valuable learning experiences, fostering academic growth, teamwork, and memorable moments for our students.
