The Department of Data Science and Computer Science successfully organized an enriching workshop on September 15, 2025, at the Data Science Lab on the topic "Data Analysis Using Microsoft Excel". The session drew enthusiastic participation from second-year undergraduate students of both streams, eager to explore new horizons of learning.

The program began on a graceful note at 10:30 a.m., with a soulful prayer song presented by the department choir. Ms. Abinaya (II Year, Data Science) extended a warm and cheerful welcome to the gathering, setting the tone for the day.

Adding depth to the occasion, Dr. Sanal, Head of the Department of Computer Science, introduced the distinguished guest speaker, Mr. Mohammed Nafil Ashif, Data Analyst at Feathers Softwares. Mr. Ashif captivated the audience with his expertise, delivering an insightful demonstration and leading students through interactive, hands-on activities that bridged theory with real-world applications.
