International Conference Organized by the Department of English on 25th February 2026

The Department of English organized a FILM FEST on 16.09.2025. Ms J Shiny Paul, Assistant Professor & Head, Department of Visual Communication, Scott Christian College, Nagercoil was the esteemed resource person. The event began with the Inaugural address of the Principal & Felicitation of the Assistant Correspondent.

Excitement filled the air when the short films shot by students were screened for the contest. The students brought their vision to life through creativity and skill through their short films. The Chief Guest, Ms Shiny Paul J reviewed the films and shared her insights. The best short films were awarded. The film festival bloomed as yet another triumph in the Department of English’s ever-growing garden of achievements.
