The Internal Quality Assurance Cell organised a one-day Faculty Orientation Programme on "Reframing the Educator's Mindset for 21st Century Classrooms."

The session began with an inaugural address by Rev. Dr. Joseph Angelo SDB, followed by a felicitation by Rev. Fr. Thomas Poovathummoottil. Fr. Ajin Jose, Assistant Correspondent, and Dr. Sivanesan, Vice Principal, also graced the occasion. Dr. Jonas Richard, the facilitator, delivered an engaging and insightful talk, encouraging educators to adopt innovative, student-centred approaches for modern learners. He incorporated many fun and interactive activities, keeping participants fully engaged throughout the session.The programme concluded with participant feedback and a vote of thanks, marking the end of a fruitful and inspiring session.
