The computer science association ALACS’ 23-24 was inaugurated on 11th August 2023 at St.Alphonsa College. The inaugural address was delivered by the chief guest Dr. C. T. K. Amarnath, Assistant Professor of the Department of Computer Science, Pioneer Kumaraswamy College, Nagercoil. The Principal of St. Alphonsa College Rev. Dr. Micheal Aro SDB presided over the function. The selected office bearers of the department association took charge in the event. In the technical session continued, Dr. C. T. K. Amarnath delivered a talk on “Career Scope in Data Science”.
